Elev8 Dance Academy Uniform
Junior Ballet 1 & 2
Option 1: Pink leotard and pink wrap skirt. Pink full-soled ballet shoes with either pink socks or pink tights.
Option 2: Plain white t-shirt and black shorts/leggings. Black full-soled ballet shoes with white or black socks.
Intermediate Ballet
Option 1: Burgundy leotard and burgundy wrap skirt. Pink full soled ballet shoes with either pink socks or pink tights.
Option 2: Plain white t-shirt and black shorts/leggings. Black full-soled ballet shoes with white or black socks.
Advanced Ballet: Grade 3 upwards
Option 1:
Black high-neck keyhole leotard. Pink full-soled or split-sole ballet shoes with pink tights. (A black wrap skirt may be required in some exams and can be worn weekly).
Option 2:
Plain white close-fitting vest and black shorts/leggings. Black full-soled ballet shoes with no socks.
All ballet dancers must wear their hair tied back neatly for classes, a bun is preferable.
Junior and Inter Ballet classes are permitted to wear pink ballet socks for weekly classes but will be required to wear tights for exams and shows.
Advanced Ballet class are permitted to wear any black leotard with tights or leggings for class, but must wear pink tights for exams and shows.
Street Dance Classes - All Ages
All students:
Black Elev8 T-shirt or plain black t-shirt. Optional hoody/jumper to keep warm.
Any style leggings/jogging bottoms/shorts/cargo pants. Clean trainers, Dance Sneakers or plimsolls. Hair tied back in ponytail or bun.
Open toed shoes, boots, sliders, dresses or jeans are not acceptable clothing for street dance classes.
Tap
Any leotard and black leggings. An Elev8 t-shirt can be worn over the leotard. Tap shoes are required for this class and can be ordered via Kat.
Acro & Lyrical
Any leotard with black leggings. These classes are taken barefoot.
